About the Role:

As our Spa Receptionist, you are the welcoming face of The Spa — creating a calm, supportive, and memorable experience from the moment guests walk through the door or pick up the phone.

You will:

Manage bookings using our computerised reservation system
Ensure accurate records and smooth daily operations
Process payments and balance daily revenue
Warmly respond to phone and email enquiries
Support retail sales and treatment upselling
Maintain immaculate presentation across reception, lounge, and shared spaces
Assist with administrative tasks, scheduling changes, and daily spa flow
Support therapists and collaborate with the wider Spa team

This is a role for someone who thrives in a people‑centred environment and who truly enjoys creating uplifting experiences for others.

What You’ll Bring:

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

Strong organisational and time-management skills
Warm, professional communication — written and verbal
Solid computer literacy and confidence managing bookings
A customer-focused mindset and calmness under pressure
Initiative, adaptability, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
High personal presentation and attention to detail

Experience in reception, hospitality, retail, or spa environments is beneficial but not essential — the right attitude and alignment with our values are what matter most.
