Teacher Aide – Secondary School (30 Hours per Week, fixed term position for 2027)

St Patrick’s College is seeking a compassionate, reliable, and proactive Teacher Aide to join our Learning Support team for 30 hours per week during term time commencing on 27 January 2027.

Key Responsibilities:

·  Support students with diverse learning needs within classroom settings

·  Assist with literacy, numeracy, and organisation

·  Work collaboratively with teachers and the Learning Support team

·  Help create an inclusive and positive learning environment

Preferred Skills and Experience:

·  Strong communication and interpersonal skills

·  Experience supporting neurodiverse learners an advantage

·  Ability to build positive relationships with young people

Salary Range:

$27.80 to $30.16 for entry level and between $30.95 to $32.38 for an applicant with 3-4 years teacher aide experience.
