Experienced Landscape Gardener – Ayrburn

Ayrburn is a multi-venue hospitality destination set amongst expansive manicured gardens. We are located between Arrowtown and Lake Hayes.

We are seeking an experienced Landscape Gardener to join our small team of talented and dedicated gardeners.

The successful applicant will have at least 3 years’ experience in landscape installation and maintenance, along with knowledge of horticultural practices relevant to high-end properties, gardens, or golf courses. Due to the physical nature of the role, a good level of fitness is essential.

Duties will include all aspects of landscape and garden maintenance, ensuring the precinct is kept neat and tidy, and undertaking other ad hoc tasks as required.

The successful applicant will also have:

• A willingness to learn new skills and share knowledge with others.

• A self-motivated, can-do attitude and the ability to work independently.

• Excellent attention to detail and a genuine passion for their work.

• Competency in operating tools and machinery, including mowers, tractors, sprayers, clippers, and saws etc.

• A strong commitment to health and safety.

• The legal right to work in New Zealand.

What we offer:

• A permanent, full-time position with a minimum of 30 hours per week.
