The Role
Reporting to the Production Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Operating a forklift and unloading shipping containers.
- Moving raw materials around the site as required.
- Changing and handling chemical IBCs.
- Flushing and cleaning IBCs.
- Cleaning resin filters.
- General yard duties and housekeeping.
- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment.
- Following all site health and safety procedures.
- Previous experience in a yard, warehouse or manufacturing environment.
- A current forklift licence would be highly advantageous.
- Comfortable undertaking physical, hands-on work.
- Reliable, punctual and willing to get stuck in.
- Good awareness of workplace health and safety.
- Able to follow procedures and work as part of a team.
- Available to start as soon as possible.
- Minimum 3-month temporary assignment, with potential to extend.
