The role:
Join our Quality team at our Auckland office for a 10-week paid internship, where you'll gain practical experience supporting global quality systems, documentation and continuous improvement initiatives.
This is a great opportunity to gain experience working within a global Quality function, supporting initiatives that help maintain consistent quality standards, documentation and processes across our business.
You'll work alongside the Global Quality team on a range of projects involving quality management systems, documentation, training coordination and reporting.
More specifically, you will be involved in:
Supporting the review and standardisation of Global Quality Management System (QMS) documentation within Veeva.
Coordinating documentation updates and improvements across different business functions.
Assisting with updates and rollout of the Global Quality Manual.
Supporting the implementation and monitoring of Global Quality Strategy initiatives.
Helping coordinate quality-related training activities and maintaining training records.
Assisting with quality metrics reporting, trend analysis and continuous improvement projects.
Preparing presentations, reports and communication materials for global stakeholders.
What You Will Bring
Currently studying Food Science, Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical Sciences or a related discipline.
An interest in quality management systems and continuous improvement.
Strong written communication and organisational skills.
Confidence working with documentation, data and different stakeholders.
Good attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
