CD Precision Engineering is seeking an experienced Engineering Workshop Manager.

Desirable attributes to be a successful applicant include:
Operational Management Experience – ability to Supervise staff and daily operations of a large and diverse workshop, manage workflows and the usage and maintenance of all workshop infrastructure and assets, ensure high-quality output.
Team Leadership – Mentor and lead all workshop employees while fostering a safe, productive environment.
Maintenance and Compliance – Ensure all operations meet safety regulations and technical standards, managing preventative maintenance for machinery and equipment. Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 Standards
Trade Qualifications and experience. Ability to operate CNC lathes, borers and milling machines would be an advantage
Interpreting plans, drawings and specifications, and providing advice on engineering methods and procedures to achieve construction and production requirements
Promote Condamine Drilling and CD Precision Engineering’s quality services to Industry and the general public
