Weslo Group of Companies is recruiting experienced and enthusiastic event staff, bar and hospitality personnel, and licensed security officers to join our growing team.

With an exciting calendar of concerts, festivals, live performances, corporate functions and major events scheduled for late 2026 and throughout 2027, we're looking for reliable, professional people who thrive in a fast-paced event environment.

Weslo has been part of South Australia's entertainment and events industry for more than 50 years. Our teams support events at iconic venues such as Thebarton Theatre and Holden Street Theatres, along with festivals, concerts, wineries, corporate functions and client locations across South Australia.

Positions Available

Event Staff & Event Operations

• Event attendants and general event personnel

• Ticket scanning, ushering and guest services

• Gate, entry and accreditation staff

• Event setup, pack-down and operational support

• Event supervisors and team leaders

Bar & Hospitality Staff

• Experienced bar attendants and bartenders

• Food and beverage attendants

• Function and corporate hospitality staff

• Front-of-house and customer service personnel

• Bar supervisors and hospitality team leaders

Security & Crowd Management

• Licensed security officers

• Crowd controllers

• Event security and access control personnel

• Backstage and artist security

• Security supervisors and experienced team leaders

What We're Looking For

We're particularly interested in applicants who have previous experience working at concerts, festivals, entertainment venues, major sporting events, hospitality venues or corporate functions.

Successful applicants will demonstrate:

• A professional, friendly and customer-focused approach

• Reliability, punctuality and strong communication skills

• The ability to work effectively as part of a team

• Confidence working in busy, high-pressure environments

• Availability for evening, weekend and public holiday shifts

• A commitment to workplace safety and professional conduct

• Current legal working rights in Australia

• Strong spoken English communication skills, with the ability to clearly understand and communicate instructions, engage professionally with patrons and colleagues, and respond effectively to operational and safety requirements

Relevant qualifications and licences:

• Current RSA certification for bar and alcohol service positions

• Current South Australian security licence for security roles

• First Aid certification highly regarded

• Previous event, hospitality or security experience highly regarded
