We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to help our client, a highly esteemed Charitable Trust, improve business operations and delivery processes. Based in CBD.

Our client has an enticing offer for the right candidate. The opportunity to join a small but mighty team that’s focused on initiating and steering various digital improvement initiatives. In the hands of a competent Senior Business Analyst, you'll have the autonomy to guide the process, you won't be a mere order taker, rather a decision-maker who gets to understand the business intimately and effect transformational improvements. This is a short term fixed term contract initially, with scope to continue well into 2027.

What you will do:
In your role, you will examine and redefine operational processes, leveraging technology to streamline workflows and enhance productivity. You will be tasked with digitising manual processes and working on integrations, among other duties. Your expertise will guide these projects from concept to fruition, with vendor coordination

Skills and experience we are looking for:

Solid experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong understanding of best practices in business improvement.
Excellent facilitation and delivery skills, with experience in leading digital transformation projects.
Proficient in digitising manual processes and integrating diverse systems.
High level of autonomy and decisiveness, with a deep understanding of business processes.
Experience in implementing Cloud solutions and software applications.
