We are presently accepting applications for the following position.
DIRECTOR OF THE COMMUNITY SCHOOL (FAIR LAWN PUBLIC SCHOOLS)
 
QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree
• Master's degree in education or related field, preferred
• Education administrative certificate, preferred
• Experience in elementary and/or secondary school settings, preferred
• Experience in recruiting, supervising, training and evaluating employees
• Experience designing, coordinating, and managing daily program schedules, activities, and curriculum
• Demonstrate an ability to manage budgets, set registration/fee schedules, oversee fee collection, track revenue, and monitor operational expenses
• Strong leadership in handling student behavioral issues, emergency protocols, and student welfare
• Expertise in maintaining student records, enrollment lists, attendance data, and ensuring strict compliance with local, state, and school district policies
• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with parents, district staff, community partners, and external vendors

• Certifications: First Aid, CPR and AED

   

Starting Salary: $128,000 - $142,000  (non-affiliated contract)
