We’re on the lookout for an experienced and hands-on Regional or Area Manager (depending on experience) with GRIT, DETERMINATION and an underlying belief that HARD WORK PAYS OFF! This is a pivotal role for someone who thrives on retailing excellence, has a sharp eye and passion for sales and operational performance, knows how to give feedback and to deliver exceptional results through people. Huffer is growing its retail footprint and this role will lead to future opportunities for the right candidate!

As a HUFFER Regional/Area Manager, you’ll lead and inspire store teams to achieve consistent results through effective communication and inspection. You will be versed at anticipating the next needs of your stores and people, always 2 steps ahead and able to capitalise on opportunities quickly.  You’ll set the standards  for customer experience, drive sales growth, optimise operations, and ensure visual merchandising is executed to HUFFER’s high standards. This is a role where leadership means being present on the shop floor, rolling up your sleeves to make it happen  and showing your team what great retailing looks like!

What You’ll Bring:

·  Proven FASHION retail leadership as an Area/ Regional Manager across multiple locations.

·  A strong track record of driving sales growth and operational excellence

·  Exceptional people leadership skills – from recruiting and developing talent to managing tough conversations and motivating high-performing teams.

·  Solid knowledge of visual merchandising, product mix for stores  and their impact on performance.

·  A customer-first mindset, ensuring every store delivers the HUFFER sales experience.

·  Strong problem-solving ability, resilience, and agility in fast-paced environments.

·  A growth mindset – coachable, collaborative, and always improving.

·  The ability to think ahead and anticipate what’s next – daily, weekly, and monthly.
