Do you enjoy working with people and love animals?
We're looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our Invercargill team on a permanent part-time basis. This is a hands-on role with plenty of variety. You'll be greeting clients, helping them find the products they need and pitching in wherever needed to help the clinic run smoothly.
No two days look exactly the same, which is what makes the role so rewarding.
Hours of work
Monday: 4.00pm - 8.00pm
Wednesday: 4.00pm - 8.00pm
Thursday: 8.30am - 5.30pm
Saturday: 9.00am - 1.00pm
About you
We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and being part of a team. You'll be organised, practical and happy to roll up your sleeves when things get busy.
You'll ideally bring:
A passion for providing great customer service
An interest in animals, farming, equine or the rural sector
Some knowledge of agricultural, equine or veterinary products
Confidence using computer systems and strong attention to detail
A willingness to learn and take on new challenges
Previous experience in the agricultural or veterinary industry (helpful, but not essential)
