Cafe Chef – Majestic Richmond

Majestic Coffee is a brand-new licensed café in Richmond, and we’re looking for a reliable, passionate and experienced Cafe Chef to join our team.

This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in producing great food, works well in a busy café environment, and understands the importance of quality, consistency and presentation.

About the Role

You’ll be involved in the day-to-day running of our kitchen, including:

• Preparing and cooking our breakfast and lunch menu

• Producing fresh cabinet food and in-house baking

• Maintaining consistent presentation and portion standards

• Completing daily food preparation and kitchen organisation

• Working efficiently during busy café services

• Following food safety, cleaning and kitchen procedures

• Monitoring stock and minimising food waste

• Working closely with the wider café team to deliver a great customer experience

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 3 years' experience as a Cafe Chef or in a similar fast-paced kitchen role

• Strong café breakfast and brunch experience

• Confident working across both menu and cabinet food

• Good understanding of food safety and kitchen hygiene

• Strong attention to detail and presentation

• Reliable, organised and able to manage prep effectively

• Comfortable working early mornings and weekends

• Ability to stay calm and organised during busy services

• Positive attitude and strong team mindset

• A genuine passion for producing quality food
