Duties & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business growth objectives
- Lead customer acquisition, retention, brand positioning, and demand generation initiatives
- Drive marketing efforts focused on growing engagement with key industry partners and commercial stakeholders
- Work closely with sales, product, and leadership teams to deliver integrated go-to-market plans
- Oversee campaign performance, marketing analytics, budgeting, and reporting to ensure strong ROI
- Lead and mentor a marketing team, fostering collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement
- Identify new opportunities to strengthen market presence and support revenue growth
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum 10+ years of marketing experience, including several years in a senior leadership position
- Strong background in developing and executing commercial and B2B marketing strategies
- Proven experience leading and developing marketing teams
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Data-driven approach with experience using marketing insights to inform decision-making
- Experience within technology, digital marketplace, SaaS, online platforms, or related industries would be advantageous
