The Opportunity
We're looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager who brings enthusiasm, passion, warmth and professional expertise — someone who loves hospitality, enjoys connecting with guests and inspires others to deliver exceptional experiences.
Working alongside our Estate Food & Beverage Manager, you'll:
Lead and inspire our front-of-house team, delivering exceptional yet relaxed service.
Oversee restaurant and bar operations, budgets, rosters and performance.
Develop our wine programme and relationships with Marlborough's leading wineries and producers.
Bring fresh ideas, energy and enthusiasm as our dining experiences evolve.
About You
You'll bring proven restaurant management experience, excellent food and wine knowledge, strong leadership and commercial skills, and a genuine passion for hospitality.
Experience in premium dining or luxury hospitality is preferred, with WSET or sommelier qualifications an advantage.
Above all, we're looking for someone with a warm, engaging personality, a positive attitude and a genuine love of making guests feel welcome.
