About the role
This is a hands-on, store-based role where you will play an important part in ensuring our products are well presented, fully stocked and looking their best. Working closely with our Territory Managers and retail partners, you will help maintain high standards of in-store presentation, maximise product availability and support sales growth.
Key responsibilities
- Merchandising and replenishing stock across supermarkets and other retail stores.
- Ensuring shelves are tidy, well stocked and presented to a high standard.
- Maintaining product displays, promotional activity and planograms.
- Maintaining and replenishing clip strips for our Home Living range, ensuring products are correctly displayed, stocked and positioned.
- Checking stock availability, pricing and ticketing.
- Building positive relationships with store teams and department managers.
- Identifying opportunities to improve product visibility, availability and sales.
- Completing store reporting and maintaining regular communication with your Territory Manager.
About you
- Previous merchandising or retail experience preferred, but not essential.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to get the job done.
- The ability to work independently and manage your store visits efficiently.
- Great attention to detail and pride in maintaining high merchandising standards.
- A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
- A smartphone and confidence using basic reporting apps.
- The physical ability to handle stock and undertake merchandising duties.
