Job Summary ~ Act as point person for all communications related to admission and enrollment to ISM ~ Conduct a public lottery at the end of the enrollment window ~ Schedule and manage open house events, prepare materials, and ensure advance publicity ~ Create and manage student records in the school’s student information systems (SIS) and other relevant databases (PowerSchool, CalPads, ManageBac, Parent Square, etc.) ~ Fulfill student records requests ~ Ensure comprehensive management of all student and schedule information ~ Maintain accurate records of attendance and attendance outreach protocols ~ Help provide positive front office interaction with students, parents, and staff Skills ~ Proficiency with student information systems (SIS) and state educational database management components ~ Use time efficiently and effectively to provide all services and student support ~ Ability to listen, speak, read, and write in languages other than English preferred ~ International Baccalaureate, charter, and California public school experience preferred ~ Open until filled ~ See ISMonterey.org/openings for details
