Key Responsibilities:
- Provide specialist technical expertise across IT infrastructure, networking or wireless environments.
- Investigate and resolve complex technical issues and escalations.
- Support the design, review and implementation of technical solutions.
- Provide technical guidance across infrastructure and network deployments.
- Work closely with clients, vendors and internal engineering teams to resolve technical challenges.
- Identify opportunities to improve system performance, reliability and efficiency.
- Mentor and support engineers, sharing technical knowledge and best practices.
- Maintain accurate technical documentation and support consistent engineering standards.
- Proven experience in a senior technical engineering or specialist IT role, ideally with 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong technical expertise across infrastructure, networking, wireless technologies or a related specialist area.
- Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills within complex IT environments.
- Experience contributing to technical solution design, implementation and reviews.
- Ability to assess technical risks and recommend practical solutions.
- Experience supporting complex technical projects, deployments or service improvements.
- Strong communication skills and confidence working with clients and technical stakeholders.
- Ability to mentor and provide technical guidance to other engineers.
- A proactive, collaborative approach with a strong focus on delivering quality technical outcomes.
