About the role

This is a varied role involving the transport and delivery of tractors, agricultural machinery, construction equipment and customer machinery throughout Hawke's Bay and surrounding regions. No two days are the same.

Key responsibilities

• Transporting and delivering agricultural and construction machinery

• Loading, unloading and securing machinery safely

• Completing customer deliveries and collections

• Carrying out pre-start and vehicle safety checks

• Maintaining transport documentation and records

• Representing Stevenson & Taylor professionally with customers

• Assisting with yard operations and machinery movements when required

About you

• Minimum Class 4 licence (essential)

• Class 5 licence advantageous but not essential

• Clean driving record

• Experience transporting machinery, equipment or heavy vehicles preferred

• Good understanding of load restraint and transport safety requirements

• Reliable, practical and self-motivated

• Strong customer service skills

• Agricultural or mechanical knowledge would be an advantage
