Help us empower enterprise clients with cutting-edge AI conversational agents by owning and growing key accounts. You'll be the trusted advisor ensuring client success and driving expansion.

What We're Looking For

- Proven experience in Client Success or Account Management

- Excellent communication for translating technical concepts

- Experience managing projects and coordinating delivery

- Ability to work with commercial and technical stakeholders

- Familiarity with ISO 27001 or security standards is a plus

- Experience in SaaS or conversational AI platforms is ideal

What You'll Do

- Own a portfolio of enterprise accounts, driving onboarding and growth

- Lead client check-ins and manage project delivery

- Identify and pursue upsell/cross-sell opportunities

- Ensure client satisfaction and proactive issue resolution
