About the role

DAs play a key role in ensuring our dentists can provide the superb service they're known for — the support they provide is invaluable to our team and our patients alike.

Key responsibilities

• Support patients before, during and after treatment

• Prepare treatment rooms, instruments and materials

• Assist dentists through examinations and treatments

• Carry out instrument reprocessing and sterilizing

• Help maintain accurate patient records and charting

• Uphold high standards of hygiene and organization within the clinic

• Provide support for our reception team when needed

About you

• Positive, empathetic attitude and a desire to help others

• Reliable, punctual and trustworthy

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Proactive mindset with an eye for detail

• Team-oriented with a positive, professional attitude

• Enjoy working as part of a collaborative team

• Able to multitask in a fast-paced, varied role

• Previous dental experience is a bonus but not essential — training will be provided for the right person
