About the role

We are seeking a skilled part-time receptionist to join our team at orbit medical ltd' in Palmerston North Central Manawatu. As the first point of contact for our clients, this role is crucial in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth running of our office.

What you'll be doing

1. Greeting and welcoming clients, patients, and visitors to the clinic

2. Answering and directing incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner

3. Scheduling appointments and managing the clinic's calendar

4. Maintaining accurate patient records and data entry

5. Assisting with various administrative tasks as required

6. Providing general support to the medical team and other staff members

1. Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role, ideally in a medical or healthcare environment

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor

3. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
