Senior Registered Nurse

Permanent, full-time | Tuesday to Saturday | 6:45 am – 3:00 pm

About the Role

Elmswood Village is seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Registered Nurse to join our close-knit team, supporting residents across our 25-bed Care Suite and 31 Assisted Living Apartments.

This is an exciting opportunity for a senior clinician who takes pride in delivering exceptional aged care, enjoys leading a team and is passionate about making a meaningful difference in residents' lives.

Working closely with our Clinical Manager and wider management team, you will play a key role in ensuring residents receive safe, compassionate and individualised care. We are looking for someone who can confidently lead a shift, exercise sound clinical judgement and take initiative to ensure the Clinical Manager is well informed about residents' needs, changes in condition, clinical concerns and day-to-day developments.

You will be expected to take a proactive approach to resident care, anticipating needs, identifying concerns early and ensuring clinical matters are followed through. Strong attention to detail is essential. This role requires a confident, capable senior RN who can work independently, provide strong clinical leadership and support the wider team. You will also play a key role in leading the clinical team in care planning and ensuring care plans are accurate, current and reflective of residents’ needs.

You will be well supported by our Clinical Manager and management team, within a workplace that values collaboration, professional development and continuous improvement.
