Job Summary

Everest Industries Limited is looking for motivated and technically sound Diploma Engineer Trainees to join its Construction Management Group (CMG). The selected candidates will support project execution, site coordination, quality monitoring and construction activities while ensuring adherence to project timelines, technical specifications and safety standards.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. Site Execution & Monitoring

  • Assist in the execution and supervision of construction activities at project sites.

  • Monitor day-to-day site progress and ensure activities are carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.

  • Coordinate with site engineers, contractors and subcontractors for smooth execution of work.

  • Ensure proper utilisation of manpower, materials and equipment at the site.

2. Project Coordination

  • Support senior engineers in planning, scheduling and monitoring project activities.

  • Track project progress against defined timelines and report deviations.

  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve site-related issues.

  • Assist in maintaining daily progress reports and project documentation.

3. Quality & Safety

  • Ensure construction activities comply with prescribed quality standards.

  • Assist in conducting site inspections and quality checks.

  • Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and construction site procedures.

  • Report any quality or safety concerns to the reporting manager.

4. Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain daily site reports, material records and work progress updates.

  • Assist in preparing project-related documentation.

  • Support senior team members in monitoring project deliverables.

Educational Qualification

  • Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognised institute.

  • Freshers are encouraged to apply.

  • Candidates with 0–2 years of experience in construction or site execution will be preferred.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Basic understanding of civil construction activities.

  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.

  • Knowledge of construction materials and site execution processes.

  • Basic proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.

  • Good communication and coordination skills.

  • Problem-solving and analytical ability.

  • Willingness to work at project sites and travel as per business requirements.

  • Ability to work effectively in a team.
