About the Role:

The Great Greek in Scottsdale, AZ is looking for a driven and enthusiastic Assistant Manager of Catering Sales to join our team! In this role, you'll help bring in new clients while building lasting relationships with clients and growing our catering business.

Responsibilities:

Assist in managing and growing catering sales by prospecting new clients and nurturing existing accounts
Coordinate catering orders from initial inquiry through delivery, ensuring a seamless client experience
Communicate with customers to understand event needs and provide accurate quotes
Collaborate with kitchen and operations staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
Track catering leads, bookings, and sales metrics to support revenue goals
Assist in developing and implementing catering marketing strategies and promotions
Represent the brand at local networking events, tastings, and community functions
Able to handle the FOH (Front of the House) operations when not on sales calls

Requirements:

1-3 years of experience in catering sales and FOH operations
Fast learner to understand the Menu items and to be able to explain and sell to the customers
Strong communication and customer relationship management skills
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment
Excellent organizational skills and team player with attention to detail and follow-through
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systems
Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and evenings as needed
A passion for food, hospitality, and delivering exceptional guest experiences

Compensation: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
