About the Role

You will provide technical support to our customers and assist with:

Installing and configuring POS and EFTPOS systems onsite across New Zealand.
Providing remote and onsite technical support.
Troubleshooting POS, EFTPOS, printers, IP addresses, LAN and networking issues.
Training customers and venue staff on using our systems.
Working with our team on product feedback and support improvements.
