The role:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, room service, and bar, while inspiring and guiding a high-performing team.
- Take ownership of training, customer service excellence, and compliance, while contributing to revenue growth through up-selling and service delivery that sets the benchmark.
- This is a hands-on leadership position where your ability to remain calm under pressure, lead by example, and communicate effectively will set the tone for success.
- 3 years relevant work experience or NZ registered Diploma.
- Previous hotel supervisory experience in a F&B department is essential.
- A passion for leadership, with the ability to inspire and mentor the next generation of hospitality professionals.
- Experience in budgets, wage costs, revenue, stock management, and rostering.
- Availability to a variety of shifts, part of a variable roster, which will include AM, PM, weekends, and public holidays.
