WHAT WE OFFER

 

• We value your talent. From day one, we offer a permanent contract or an apprenticeship contract, depending on your profile.
• A concrete recognition of your achievements. Your starting gross annual salary (RAL) will range from €25,500 to €38,500, depending on your experience, qualifications, and academic achievements. The collective labour agreement (CCNL) applied within Reply is the Italian Metalworking Industry Agreement, with an entry level between C3 and B3, determined according to the same criteria. Previous experience with cutting-edge technologies such as Quantum Computing, Physical AI, Agentic AI, Foundation Model and LLM training, fine-tuning, and optimization will be considered a strong asset.

WHAT WE NEED

 

• Strong academic background. We believe that a solid academic foundation is the ideal starting point for tackling complex technological challenges. That is why we are looking for candidates with an excellent Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related fields, with a strong ability to analyze complex problems and transform them into opportunities for innovation.
• Drive for excellence. You are not satisfied with something that merely works: you constantly strive to improve it in terms of performance and scalability.
• Collaboration and communication. Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams and communicate technical concepts clearly.
