Duties & Responsibilities
Job Description:
- Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning
- Oversee debtors, creditors, bank reconciliations, and payment processes
- Ensure accurate VAT, PAYE, and statutory submissions
- Prepare year-end audit files and supporting schedules
- Maintain financial controls, policies, and procedures
- Support payroll-related activities and reconciliations
- Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions
- Monitor working capital and identify opportunities for process improvement
Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 6 to 8 years’
- Full finance function
- Advanced Excel
- Experience with Pastel, Sage, Xero, or similar accounting systems
Qualification:
- SAICA / SAIPA / AGA(SA)
