About the role
We are looking for a reliable, adaptable Process Worker to join our Napier factory team. In addition to day-to-day manufacturing operations, this role serves as a key backup for our Storeman, providing seamless cover during leave, peak periods, or schedule changes.
Key responsibilities
Operating and monitoring production machinery
Preparing and handling raw materials
Checking product quality
Packing finished goods, ready to head out to our customers
Pitching in with your team to keep things running safely and smoothly
Storeman Coverage: Stepping in to handle inward/outward goods, forklift operation, stock handling, and store dispatch documentation when required
Maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient working environment
About you
Prior experience in process work or manufacturing
Current Forklift License (or experience with forklift operations) is highly regarded
Mechanically minded with strong practical problem-solving skills
High attention to detail for inventory accuracy and quality checks
Excellent reliability, self-motivation, and a safety-first mindset
Physically fit for active, hands-on warehouse and factory work
