Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Java Spring Boot Developer with strong backend development skills to design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance applications. The candidate should have hands-on experience in building RESTful APIs and microservices-based architecture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop robust, scalable, and secure backend applications using Java and Spring Boot
- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and Microservices
- Collaborate with frontend developers, product teams, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance
- Work on database design, queries, and performance tuning
- Ensure application security and data protection standards
- Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes
Required Skills:
- Strong expertise in Core Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC
- Hands-on experience in Microservices Architecture
- Experience with REST API development
- Strong knowledge of SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL/Oracle)
- Experience with Hibernate/JPA
- Familiarity with Kafka / RabbitMQ (preferred)
- Knowledge of Docker / Kubernetes (preferred)
- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines
- Understanding of design patterns and system design
- Good debugging and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Banking/Financial domain (preferred)
- Exposure to Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Knowledge of API Gateway, Security (OAuth2, JWT)
