This opportunity suits a Solicitor or Senior Solicitor/Associate with 2 to 6 years of NZ-based PQE, a solid dispute resolution foundation, sharp thinking, a strong academic record (B/B+ GPA), and a practical, solutions-focused approach.
This is a genuinely broad disputes role. You’ll handle a range of commercial and contractual disputes, construction litigation, complex insolvency and debt recovery, restructuring, and, if you're interested, contentious employment and health & safety matters.
You won’t be stuck in the background. You'll have real scope to run files, work directly with experienced senior lawyers and with an expert dispute resolution Partner committed to mentoring and guiding you to perform at your best and build your litigation and advocacy experience.
