Duties & Responsibilities
Job Description:
- Manage monthly, quarterly and annual financial close processes
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
- Review reconciliations, journals and balance sheet accounts
- Strengthen financial controls and ensure compliance with company policies
- Manage statutory and regulatory reporting requirements
- Oversee cash flow management and working capital controls
- Partner with operational stakeholders across the business
- Drive process improvements and efficiencies within the finance function
- Support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities
- Assist with audits and ensure audit readiness
- Manage key finance projects and system enhancements
Skills & Experience:
- Previous staff management experience
- Strong financial reporting and month-end experience
- Advanced Excel skills
Qualification:
- SAICA / SAIPA / AGA(SA)
