Day to day work would involve drafting, reviewing and negotiating construction contracts, funding agreement, procurement contracts, consultancy agreements, services and supply agreements, joint venture arrangements and helping negotiate great outcomes for their clients. The team is led by partners that are experts in the field and you'd work with clients that range from blue chip investors, leading corporate clients and energy companies, to name a few.

About you:
- 1.5+ years solid PQE in corporate, finance, construction, commercial and/or infrastructure related matters - whether gained in a law firm or as in-house legal;
- Commercial awareness and the ability to advise strategically;
- Strong drafting and communication skills;
- A B average in your grades or higher.
