You'll be responsible for shaping technology strategy, leading engineering teams, and ensuring business-critical platforms remain secure, scalable, and aligned with organisational goals.
Reporting into the executive leadership team, you'll influence the future direction of technology while driving innovation, efficiency, and operational excellence.

Leading software engineering and architecture functions
Defining technology strategy and platform roadmaps
Delivering scalable and maintainable technology solutions
Supporting digital transformation and AI initiatives
Driving development standards, governance, and quality assurance
Managing integrations between internal systems and third-party platforms
Developing high-performing technical teams
Collaborating with business leaders and technology partners

Essential Skills
Technology leadership experience within engineering, architecture, or software delivery
Hands-on experience with . NET 8, Azure Functions, EF Core, SQL Server/Azure SQL, React and Azure services , delivering scalable business-critical applications.
Strong knowledge of cloud technologies and modern development practices
Experience leading software engineering teams (circa. 10-20 heads)
Enterprise systems integration experience
DevOps and CI/CD knowledge
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
