About You
You are a quality-focused professional who enjoys working alongside technical and manufacturing teams. You combine attention to detail with a practical understanding of how quality systems support successful pharmaceutical manufacturing. You are comfortable asking questions, investigating discrepancies and following issues through to resolution, and you can communicate quality requirements clearly and constructively.
What You’ll Do
Manufacturing quality and batch review
Provide day-to-day QA support to manufacturing activities.
Review batch manufacturing records and associated documentation for completeness, accuracy and compliance with approved procedures.

Maintain controlled documents, including standard operating procedures, specifications and manufacturing documentation.
Support good documentation practices, data integrity and effective GMP training.
Identify opportunities to make quality processes clearer, more effective and proportionate to risk.

Provide QA review of qualification and validation documentation, as appropriate to the role.
Support the introduction of new products, processes, equipment and systems through effective change control.
Work with technical teams to ensure quality requirements are considered early in development and manufacturing planning.

Support supplier and service-provider qualification and the maintenance of relevant quality documentation.
Help ensure materials and products have appropriate quality status, traceability and supporting documentation.
Work with manufacturing and logistics colleagues to maintain quality requirements through storage, packaging and dispatch.
Support customer quality enquiries, complaints and quality agreements, as required.
Audit readiness and quality culture
Support internal audits, customer audits and regulatory inspections.
Help maintain inspection-ready records and follow through on agreed actions.
Promote a culture in which quality concerns are raised early and addressed constructively.
