They've got a strong pipeline of work across commercial fit-outs, architectural homes, medical facilities and renovations, so there's plenty of variety and the opportunity to work on some really good projects.
It's a permanent role with a good crew, hands-on owners and a business that values quality workmanship and people who take pride in what they do.
What's on offer?
You'll be working across a variety of construction projects throughout Christchurch, alongside a team of experienced builders.
Depending on the project, you'll be involved in everything from framing and general carpentry through to detailed finishing work, fit-outs and renovations.
You'll have the opportunity to work independently, take ownership of your work and contribute your experience and ideas to the team.
You may also have opportunities to guide and support less experienced builders and apprentices.

- Hold a recognised carpentry qualification
- Have solid practical building experience and take pride in doing things properly
- Can read plans, work independently and solve problems on site
- Communicate well and get along with clients, other trades and the wider team
- Are reliable, proactive and happy to get stuck in wherever needed
- Hold a full NZ driver's licence
