• 3–4 years of relevant experience in CSR, social development or community engagement.
• Experience in implementing CSR projects in infrastructure, EPC, power, renewable energy or manufacturing industries.
• Strong understanding of community development and stakeholder engagement.
• Knowledge of the Companies Act, 2013 – Section 135 and applicable CSR Rules.
• Experience in NGO management, project monitoring and impact assessment.
• Good communication, coordination, documentation and report-writing skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel to project sites and remote locations. Preferred Candidate Profile
• Candidates with hands-on experience in CSR implementation at project sites will be preferred.
• Experience working with local communities, Gram Panchayats, NGOs and government authorities.
• Exposure to rural development, livelihood generation, healthcare and education initiatives.
• Experience in renewable energy, infrastructure or large-scale construction projects will be an added advantage. Key Competencies
