Golf Club Bar Duty Manager

The North Shore Golf Club is a stunning 27-hole golf course located on the North Shore and is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join its team as Bar Staff for A Duty Manager role.

Hours will be discussed with the preferred candidate.

Position Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome members and guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.

Serve drinks to members and guests and at corporate golf days / private functions.

Assist with the set up of the function space for private events.

Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.

Prepare and serve a wide range of hot and cold drinks, cocktails, snacks, and light meals.

Ensure prompt and courteous service, maintaining high standards of professionalism.

Handle cash transactions, including processing payments and providing accurate change.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the cafe/bar area.

Monitor stock levels, replenish supplies, and assist with inventory management.

Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer satisfaction.

Adhere to all safety and health regulations, following proper procedures at all times.

Requirements

A current LCQ or Duty Manager Certificate is required.

Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable personality.

Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.

A positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile to exceed customer expectations.

Ability to multitask, prioritise tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as per the club's operational requirements.

Knowledge of golf or interest in the sport is a plus, but not mandatory.
