Are you passionate about people, community, and caring well for those who serve?

We're looking for someone to fill the position of Life Group Pastor + Staff Pastoral Care Coordinator in Christchurch. This is a combined role. On campus, you'll help bring people into community through Life Groups. Across Arise, you'll work alongside our People & Culture Team and Lead Pastors to support the holistic pastoral care of our staff and their families.

What we're looking for:

- Experience leading volunteers and developing people

- A strong pastoral heart, with the ability to care for people well and connect them with professional support when needed

- Strong relational, communication and organisational skills

- Someone who can inspire, encourage and empower others to take their next step

- If you also have experience leading a Life Group or Grow Group, it would be an advantage

- A Diploma in Christian Ministries (or higher) is preferred but not essential.

This role is 1.0FTE (40 hours per week), including 0.3FTE Staff Pastoral Care, and is a Permanent position based in Christchurch. Occasional travel to other campuses may be required.
