Your responsibilities will include:

• Manage and grow a property portfolio .

• Act as a contact between property owners and tenants.

• Act as contact between suppliers , owners and tenants

• Viewings for vacant properties

• Routine, exist and entry inspections.

• Ensure team KPI's are achieved.

The successful candidate will offer the following:

• Experience as Property Manager in New Zealand

• Excellent communication & relationship building skills.

• Competent computer skills

• Self-motivated, self-driven and a self-starter

• Highly organised and a hard worker

• Ability to negotiate satisfactory outcomes.

• The ability to face every challenge with a positive attitude.

• Good reporting skills; eye for detail

• Common sense essential

• Palace Software experience preferred but not essential

• Mandarin Speaking advantages
