Primary responsibilities

? Timely implementation of planned maintenance system for the proper care of AC machinery in order to maximize the efficiency
? Ensure all the Air conditioner at stores run at optimal capacity and in working condition, and all the stores have ac capacity as per defined standards (PSF)
? Negotiate and tie up with AC vendors and companies for AMC while ensuring minimum cost to be incurred
? Ensure regular maintenance at store level to increase efficiency & durability of machines
? Prepare and ensure AC maintenance training to all maintenance in-charge at stores
? Guide maintenance in-charge for preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance

Minimum Qualification: ITI
Required Experience: 3 - 6 years
