About the role
Hospitality is all about the people, and we’re looking for team members who bring great energy, a positive attitude and a genuine passion for looking after our guests.
Depending on your experience and strengths, you could be working across our restaurant, bar or floor teams, helping create memorable experiences from the moment guests arrive until the moment they leave.
As part of the team, you will:
Deliver friendly, professional and attentive service
Help create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for our guests
Work closely with the wider team to ensure smooth service
Maintain high standards of presentation and service
Stay calm, organised and positive during busy periods
Be willing to jump in and help wherever needed
Build your hospitality knowledge and develop your skills
Who are we looking for?
We’re looking for people who genuinely enjoy hospitality and want to be part of a great team.
You’ll bring:
Previous hospitality experience as either a Runner, Bartender and/or Waitress.
A positive, can-do attitude
Great communication and people skills
Reliability and a strong work ethic
The ability to work well under pressure
A genuine passion for great customer service
A team-first mentality
A willingness to learn and develop
