POSITION OVERVIEW
Due to a relocation, we are looking for a passionate and dedicated Store Manager for our beautiful new retail store in central Wanaka. This is a full-time role with a Tuesday - Saturday roster.

The successful applicant must be experienced in retail management with fashion experience an advantage. 

We are seeking applicants that present with a wealth of passion for selling, possess energy and drive to build lasting relationships, have a proven record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and be able to delight our customers at every turn.

In your new role you will be the face of the brand in this stunning location, converting lookers into buyers and maximising sales results, while managing day to day operations and visual merchandising standards. This is a fast-paced role that requires exceptional organisational and multi-tasking skills.
Above all your job is to build genuine customer relationships and ensure they choose us!

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
• A proven retail background- fashion preferred
• Sales management experience overseeing one or more direct reports
• Working to KPIs and targets
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• A passion for recruitment. hand-selecting, coaching, and developing your team for success.
• A “can do” attitude as a jack of all trades - willing to roll up your sleeves and be a part of all facets of the business while driving a successful team.
• Passion for delivering world class customer service as a storyteller and relationship builder
