Sports Administrator - Permanent, 10 hours per week (term-time only)

We are seeking an enthusiastic and capable Sports Administrator to support our Director of Sport in a manner that aligns with the strategic vision of Nga Tawa. About the Role
The Sports Administrator will play a key role in the organisation and delivery of our sports programme, ensuring students are well-supported to participate, develop, and succeed. You will provide support that creates stability, supports excellence, and strengthens the department for all. The sports department has big goals under its new strategic plan, and we hope to progress and grow this administrative support role in alignment with that.
About You
You will bring energy, organisation, experience and a genuine passion for sport.
Ideally, you will demonstrate:
The ability to collaborate effectively with coaches and staff to enhance student success
Confidence and competence in using information technology for administration
Strong written and verbal communication skills across a range of audiences
Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines
The ability to work independently, proactively seeking out knowledge and information.
