TACO JOHN’S | ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER
Fargo, ND – S. University Dr. | Full-Time | $21/hour + Monthly Bonus Potential

WALK-IN HIRING EVENT: THIS WEDNESDAY, 11/4, 11AM–6PM
Taco John’s, 2285 University Dr. S., Fargo, ND 58103. No appointment needed. Just walk in, meet the team, and take your next step.

You’ve run the shift. Now run the show.

Fargo’s brand-new Taco John’s on S. University is OPEN, and we’re looking for an experienced QSR leader to help build the team from day one. This is your chance to get in at the ground floor of a new restaurant, not inherit someone else’s.

We’re owned by Pentex Restaurant Group, the leading Taco John’s franchisee, and we grow our leaders from within. As our AGM, you’ll gain real-world business experience and a clear path toward General Manager and beyond.

What You’ll Get

  • $21/hour plus generous monthly bonus opportunities
  • Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance (FT eligible)
  • 401(k) with Employer Match and Paid Vacation
  • Training and advancement built for future GMs
  • Employee Assistance Program, 50% off meals, and free Rapid! Pay Cards

What You’ll Do

  • Build, coach, and energize a brand-new team
  • Own shift execution and deliver product and service excellence
  • Lead from the floor: guests, drive-thru, register, food prep, and a clean, safe restaurant

What You Bring

  • 2+ years of supervisory experience in quick-service restaurants
  • Drive to grow into a General Manager role
  • Open availability, including weekends

Can’t make it Wednesday? Apply online at www.pentexrg.com.

Ready to lead? Come see us on 11/4.
