The firm and opportunity
In this role you'll assist with key lender clients in the areas of lending advice, deals (property, construction and business financing related), preparing and advising on loan and security arrangements, debt structuring and mortgagee enforcement when needed. That work will form the majority of the role and the remainder would be a blend of business transactions, property transactions, leasing, asset protection advice, refinancing matters and the like working with business and private clients - you can be trained in this area if you don't have existing expertise.
The firm has a low staff turnover due to its supportive and people first culture. They are able to provide up to 2 days WFH and/or flex, which would suit working parents or those with a greater commute and they also value having a life outside of work. The team is collegial and supports each other so if you have a sick day or are on leave, there are others there to help and keep things going.
About you:

About you:
- 4+ years PQE with some banking and finance work;
- An interest to build on existing experience while broadening into other property, commercial and/or private client matters.
- Experience gained within a top law firm, specialist banking team or within a relevant in-house legal team.
