As a Senior Practice Accountant, you will primarily provide accounts and tax services to a varied portfolio of owner managed businesses. There is also the opportunity to learn and undertake a small amount of audit work, offering additional variety and the chance to broaden your experience.

Responsibilities

Preparing statutory accounts for a range of owner managed businesses.
Preparing corporation tax computations and supporting clients with their tax requirements.
Liaising with clients to resolve queries and deliver a professional, responsive service.
Working closely with colleagues to complete assignments accurately and within deadlines.
Developing your audit experience through a small amount of audit work alongside your core accounts and tax responsibilities.

Requirements

Previous experience within an accountancy practice.
A strong background in accounts preparation and tax compliance.
Good communication skills and confidence dealing with clients.
An organised approach and the ability to manage competing deadlines.
An interest in broadening your experience within a supportive team.

Benefits

£40,000 to £50,000, depending on experience.
