About the Role
As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operation of our airport restaurants, cafés, and bars. You will lead from the front, inspire your team, and ensure every guest receives outstanding service in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and motivate team members during shifts.
Deliver exceptional customer service and guest experiences.
Support daily operational and financial performance targets.
Ensure food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards are maintained.
Train, coach, and develop team members.
Manage shift operations, including opening and closing procedures.
Monitor product quality, presentation, and service standards.
Assist with stock control, ordering, and inventory management.
Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
Previous supervisory experience within hospitality, food service, restaurants, cafés, bars, or fast casual dining.
Strong leadership and team development skills.
A passion for delivering excellent customer service.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of food safety and health & safety requirements.
Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
Have the legal right to work in New Zealand.
