About the role

Are you someone who enjoys building strong customer relationships, spotting opportunities, and making sure things get followed through?

We’re looking for an experienced Internal Sales & Account Manager to join our team and take ownership of the day-to-day sales and account management of our established customer base.

This is a relationship-led, office-based sales role, working primarily with repeat customers and the smaller sales opportunities that come through the business. You’ll become a trusted point of contact for customers, helping with enquiries, product advice, estimating, quotes, repeat orders, and finding the right solutions.

You’ll manage opportunities from initial enquiry working closely with our wider sales, design, project and estimating teams to make sure customers receive a great experience.

If you’re commercially minded, great with people, highly organised, proactive, and excellent at follow-up, we’d love to hear from you.

What you’ll be doing

  • Look after our customers — build strong, long-term relationships with our existing customer base and become a trusted day-to-day point of contact.

  • Manage sales opportunities — handle enquiries, smaller sales, repeat orders, and quotes from initial contact through to order.

  • Follow up and close — proactively follow up quotes and opportunities, answer questions, and turn enquiries into sales.

  • Grow existing accounts — understand your customers, anticipate their needs, and identify opportunities to introduce additional products and solutions.

  • Know our products — develop a strong understanding of our furniture range and capabilities so you can confidently recommend the right solution.

  • Get the detail right — ensure pricing, specifications, quantities, and customer requirements are accurate.

  • Be commercially aware — understand pricing and margins while delivering excellent customer service.

About You

  • 5+ years’ experience in sales, account management, internal sales, or a similar customer-facing role.

  • Confident, personable, and comfortable communicating with customers by phone and email.

  • Highly organised, detail-focused, and able to manage multiple enquiries and priorities.

  • Fanatical about follow-up — you check, chase, and close the loop.

  • Commercially minded with a genuine desire to achieve sales results.

  • Proactive, reliable, and takes ownership of getting things done.

  • Enjoys building long-term customer relationships and working as part of a collaborative team.

  • Experience in commercial furniture, interiors, construction, manufacturing, architecture, design, or a related industry would be highly regarded.
