Hybrid Role - North of England, with Travel to Customer Sites
Can be based in or around Manchester, Liverpool, Leeds, Sheffield, Stoke-on-Trent, Cheshire or Blackpool

This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected business delivering building energy management solutions across a wide range of commercial and industrial sites. Due to continued growth, they are looking to strengthen their delivery team with an experienced Project Manager who can take responsibility for projects from initial handover through to successful completion.
You will have the autonomy to manage your own projects, supported by a close-knit team and a business focused on delivering high-quality solutions. With a strong pipeline of work and opportunities to develop into wider operational or business development roles, this is an opportunity to make a genuine impact on the companys continued success.

The Role

  • Manage BEMS projects from sales handover through to successful completion
  • Own project financials, including forecasting, cost control, procurement and contract management
  • Coordinate engineers, suppliers and customers to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget
  • Take ownership of project delivery, managing priorities and resolving issues with minimal supervision

The Person

  • Previous experience as a Project Manager within the BEMS / BMS industry
  • Able to manage projects independently, take ownership and hit the ground running
  • BEMS commissioning experience would be advantageous
  • Strong organisational, commercial and stakeholder management skills
